Golden Mile Complex, Singapore’s first conserved mixed-use development, is being rejuvenated into The Golden Mile. This iconic site will feature restored retail, office, and medical spaces, with a new residential tower, Aurea, seamlessly linked via an elevated bridge.

The conservation process highlights the building's architectural heritage—restoring its stepped form, atria, oculus elements, facade bands, and mosaic floors—while integrating modern workspaces and amenities. The result is a vibrant lifestyle hub with retail, F&B outlets, medical units, collaborative workspaces, and a Community/Sports Facilities Scheme (CSFS) space, including an Architecture and Heritage Centre celebrating Singapore’s past, present, and future.

Aurea, named after the Latin word for "golden," embodies Golden Mile’s legacy through its design and spirit. Pricing and floor plans will be available at launch.
